Need to Return an Item?
As long as the item is in brand new condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered), you can return it within 30 days of your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, please provide photos of the damage and we will provide a return label via email.
We are unable to accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, etc., simply return the item and place a new order the item you wish to receive.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will refund you the cost of the item(s) within about one week from when the item is delivered to us. The original shipping cost will not be refunded unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete at the fault of the company.
You can pay the cost of postage at your local post office or have us generate a pre-paid return label through the form to the right.
Returns can also be mailed to: SomethingInked, Attn: Returns, 1018 Elm Hill Pike, Nashville, TN 37210. Please include the merchandise, packing slip, and a note explaining the return. Failure to include a packing slip will delay processing of your return.

Orca Product Returns
Returns are at the discretion of ORCA. You must complete the warranty request form to obtain authorization. If approved, a 20% restocking fee will be charged for a return and you are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to ORCA. The item(s) must be brand new, unused, and in original packing including any boxes and plastic, and must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Contact ORCA for further details.
